Moving drivers between teams

With this new drivers market im finding it hard to move drivers around my diffrent teams as when i sell from 1 team my other teams bids
on the driver but then someone else wins the bid.

or am i doing it wrong some how.

yes and before Anyone says we can buy out right with tokens, Why should we some of my teams don't have tokens.


Old IGP was better for this.

I now have lost 2 good future drivers this way do i even bother trying again.

agreed but the problem exp does not rise quick enough even with old igp but at least there u could buy drivers with good exp with new igp there isn't any,

also sorting out drivers on new takes far too long having to click on every driver for there stats.

ok another driver transfer lost which i bidded on twice and i havnt even got paid for selling that driver.

think ill just settle for having low (3) exp drivers and being crap along with crap designs for 5 season to get exp to where it should be at.

Also the way this new igp is im not sure what driver i sold and from which account i sold it from.
