Hello Deniz,
In the last few days, a new restriction has been inplemented meaning that you must be a minimum of Level 10 in order to create a new league.
This has been implemented in order to try to reduce the number of leagues being created and then being abandoned due to a lack of managers.
Additionally, restricting league creation is intended to help fill the existing leagues and create more close and competitive races.
For any leagues that are created from this point onwards, there is now a cost of 50 tokens.
