Engine weakness at 30th level

Hi, I just went up to the 30th level, but unfortunately the little rectangle to change the weakness of the engine did not appear as on the square as the strength of the engine, I wanted to know the reason, thanks.

Yes I restart and it work, only when I changed the engine weakness there was no cooling and reliability, well i see I could change, thanks.

Cooling and reliability aren’t available as option for balancing purposes.
