Too much cars was resetted

Hi,

While you had reset all the cars, there was a problem. I just rejoined the league at this moment, so I came with a resetted setup, ~40 everywhere.

But I was impacted by the reset of everyone, so now I'm at 1 for most of my car's caracteristics. It might also affect other people who joined during that season (or maybe promoted people between Rookie/Pro/Elite).
