what does talent impact?
what does experience impact and how do i raise it?

Hello Andreaz

They are a leftover from a former version of the game. They do nothing right now. The important stat for a staff member is the star rating.

5 star is the best available for your level. As you level up, this star rating will drop as it is relative to your account level. The only way to get better staff would be to hire new ones.

so this means a 9 talent or a 3 talent staff is the same. only thing that counts is the stars?

Correct yes. If both of the staff members have 5 stars they will do the same.


For Drivers it is different but I assume your question is directly relating to staff. So CD, TD and DR.
