Today before the race(U.S. gp) and in practice it was 24-25°C, and when I entered the race, it was 8°C. 
Couple screenshots:

Edit: As I understood, it chose the temperature that it should be at night in U.S., but because of the time difference, it's not night in the U.S. right now.
