how to buy a driver?

how to buy a driver by a link on forum? i tried to copy a link but it didnt work, and the link cannot be tapped .. 

Im new here, my question is why account under lv 20 cannot have T20 driver on transfer? this makes no sense, every day ive been wqiting a t 20 or 30 driver but nothing, Valentino rossi was a good rider, he joined underdog team like yamaha at that time and won many rounds and brought yamaha to the top, the game locks an account under lv 20 to have t 20 or 30 driver what is this mean?, im on elite tier now, and i need t20 or 30 driver to get on top and get more exp and money, because lv 30 account no need exp anymore , and axcount like me should be able to get on top, i think you shouldnt have locked an account under lv 20 to get t 20 driver, this is a competitive game, to be more competitive you should unlock the system i think, so i came to the market, and saw a player gives a link,and i cannot open the link, tell your team to unlock an account under lv 20 able to have a t20 driver to be more competitive.. yes you should ! 

You can get drivers with a talent higher than your current level in the transfer market. An account with a level of 14, for example, can get a driver with a talent of 30 as long as the rest of the stats are low enough to make the driver level 14 or lower. However, a talent 30 driver will not be auto generated by iGP, it will only appear in your transfer market in the rare event that someone sells the talent 30 driver. It is not capped at your manager level. Hope that made sense!

its not about driver academy to get a driver, it needs months for newbie like me to get a driver with T20 or 30 from acxademy Headquarters, i understand what youre telling to, but T13-30 driver hasnt been appeared ,and my current lv is not compitable to get driver like that, i think your system should be fixed, the game will be more competitive, ive been looking for 1 week to get driver with higher talent than mine now but nothing.. maybe T13-30 driver should be appear 3-4 times in 1 week.. your system is bad for this.. please fix this to get more competitive..

if you telling me this, i can tell you more weird for your system, what ive found just same drivers in 1 week ? since the bid button problem ! you should fix this bro.. make your system for account under lv 20 able to have t20-30 driver, or maybe you can make an offer to buy by real money €8 for t20 driver with a good weight, lets say weight 70Kg ,€11 for t30 driver for newbie account under lv 20 to get on top position ill buy that driver..

If you're just seeing the same things over and over, try clearing the cache files every month. Might give you fresh content. 

i did, even cd and td appeared for 3 days were same after refresh. ?
