What did you try to do?
Waiting for ad prompts to appear in the shop section to collect daily rewards for XP, engine points, etc.

What happened instead?
No ads have appeared this morning, while late yesterday evening they were working fine.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Galaxy S22+

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
14

Can the bug be reproduced?
No.

Additional comments:
Highly unlikely, but this may be tied to the maintenance being performed on quick races at this time.
I don't recall if this maintenance was occurring 10 hours ago when it was functioning properly.

Hey,

If the button does not appear it is not iGP Manager's fault, it means that the advertisers of the platform have nothing to show at that time for your country/region/device. 
Sometimes your profile doesn’t interest the advertisers. You can reset your profile by reinstalling the app and letting it run for 10 minutes, after that ads will start appearing again.

No change so far. Newly installed app is running for 15 minutes now.

I'll try uninstalling, restarting the phone, and then reinstalling to see if that helps.

Update: This did not solve the problem either. Please change the status back to unresolved.

Hello,

If this did not work, it means the advert provider has nothing to show your account based on device, country and/or region.
Unfortunately iGP Games can't do anything about it, as it's something external and foreign to us - only the ads provider can control the who receives adverts and when. 

Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Try switching to training page, wait for a minute and if nothing appears switch back to shop
