As host of #53993 I asked regulars in the Elite tier to add some teams into Rookie as there were only four teams, which were all mine. The idea was to encourage new managers to enter in a tier that looked as if it was expanding. Along with regular advertising on Leagues and Events This worked and there were some new additions.
Then my four teams got promoted to Pro to join the three already there (mine as well). Rookie has now reached capacity with 32 teams. So, I have now asked those that made additions to move them to Pro to free up spaces in Rookie.
However, there is some confusion how to do this. Can they leave the league and rejoin in Pro (all the additions are level 10 and above), or is it only by promotion, or by the managers deleting them?
