Hi, anyone from the devs or mods. I hope you all got a good day. First of all I am Karl, I started playing this game years ago now, 2019 to be exact but I stopped the same year as well. I have 2 accounts with the same name of the manager, this is currently my third account.

To cut to the chase, i am seeking help to get back my very first account, my main one. I have lost every data connected to that account. My first email address got corrupted and I don't know what way is there to get it back.

This is the account, also as you can see, a driver there called Sebastian Vettel is retiring after the contract, I don't know if there is a way to let him stay with me when i get the account back but my goal now is to just reconnect with my main account and to just enjoy the remaining races that my favorite driver have left. It's been years since i left and I am amazed with how the game and community grew.

I hope someone can help me, if the devs need confirmation with my identity, i can provide to them accordingly as long as my personal details are protected. Thank you in advance and happy racing to all!

Also if possible, can the account be transfered to my new email? As everything from my previous email/facebook account is already gone.

Mr Jose. Hi, this is my new account connected to my facebook, i am the original author of this thread (on another gmail account). I just want to ask about any update because the original account that posted this is no longer active and i no longer have access to it (i saw that it got deleted because it got renamed to John Doe and I cannot access anymore).


The reason for this question is that there has been actions (removing the account of the original thread poster upon my request) but I haven't heard from your side through email.

I know my situation is messy so I would like to hear about whatthe status of things are currently, and also sorry for the mess.🙏🙏🙏
