Driver Level Degrade

Hello,

Are these the two drivers you are referring to?

When I took a look, one driver shows as Level 4 and the other, Level 5.

When you say their level goes down, is this their driver level, the "progress bar" on the training page, or specific attributes of the driver (eg. morale)?

Sometimes, a training session can result in so much driver improvement that the progress bar appears to go down without reason - but this is just indicative that your driver has seen an increase in one (or more) of their attributes. Once the progress bar reaches 100, it resets and a driver attribute will improve.

Next time you complete a training session with your driver(s), please can you take a screenshot both before and after so that we can take a look and diagnose the issue - the only attributes that should go down are weight and BMI (BMI will converge towards an optimal figure, indicated by it turning green).

I have merged this thread to your original thread, which I have reopened. This is so that all the information relating to this issue is kept together.

I can see that you have now progressed up to Manager Level 6, which is likely the reason that your driver stars have decreased. A key piece of information to remember is that for drivers, the main thing that affects their pace is their attributes (Talent etc). The number of stars only affects the rate of training (less stars = faster training).

Both of your drivers currently show as Levels 4 and 5 (as mentioned earlier) so it doesn't seem like their level has downgraded, just their number of stars - which isn't a bad thing, as mentioned previously.

If you train your driver, as well as each attribute increasing, their level will also gradually increase. Star ratings will always decrease when your manager level increases, but you can increase the driver levele through training.

Driver performance is influenced by their attributes - not as much their level - as the attributes increase, their level will increase.
