I have a research potencial at 21%
Before race my Downforce was 64 pts, the best in league is 200. 
(200-64)*0.21=28pts, but i took only 14;

Downforce is my CD's weakness. 

Cause of this i have a questions:
1. Is this a bug?
2. If CD's have a weakness, maybe in this case we take only 50% of potencial research (in my case 11% instead 21%)
2a. If is is true, what the value of research, if i have Downforce as CD's Strength

Hello,

If you research your CD's weakness, you get 50% less research (so instead of 21%, it is 10.5%).
For a CD strength, it is 10% extra (so instead of 21%, it is 23.1%).
In your case, it means you should have received (200-64)*10.5% = 15 points (14.28) - research gains are always rounded up.
Was the maximum definitely at 200, and not just under (197 or lower) as this will have an impact on your research output and would have pushed it to 14, rather than 15.
