So I was thinking about this, as I know so many people have more than one team here, and I think if managers were able to 'add teams' (up to a maximum of say 5) it could have a lot of benefits:

- easily switch between teams without needing to log out
- share things between teams; such as tokens, facilities (but only up to the teams level), easily move drivers or staff (costing tokens),
- add more team slots, i.e. more than 5 (again, costing tokens).

Before somebody says that this is imbalanced; I would say the opposite is true. Let's say I have two teams right now, if I want to invest money into my second team, I will start purchasing tokens solely for that team alone; however if I can buy and share the tokens, I can choose to pump them into my B team or A team as I please.

The site benefit is that managers are more likely to invest money knowing that it will help ALL of their teams and not just one.
The only possible loss might be based on the facilities idea, because I don't know how many managers speed up construction time using tokens they have paid for, but I think this might be offset by potentially more token purchases in general.

I'm not sure how I feel about this one. I think having multiple teams on one account could be nice, but for people who don't want to manage more than one team, it could be detrimental to them.

Imagine you are in a rookie league and a B or C team of one account starts destroying the competition. Especially if two or three of these are in use from different accounts. It could be very demoralizing to new players. Additionally, it would allow for teams to level up much faster than before, and quite possibly, unfairly. As a manager, I would love to be able to make transactions between my teams on the same account. As a player, (A new one especially) I would not like this. It would make competing in the early stages much harder. Especially at the very start. It's hard enough to get one team going. You wouldn't be able to stack up two. It would be unfair. As fun as this idea sounds, I advise against it. Anyone else?

While it might seem like a good idea on paper, this could easily lead to farming. Managers can use teams B and C to get tokens from races, and then transfer them over to team A. For team A, instead of getting 3 tokens per race, they are now getting 3 from B and C, meaning they get 9 tokens per race. This would lead to unbalanced racing, and would be unfair. I agree with Abram here, I don't think it's a particularly good idea.

As I said, "Just an idea" - and with some fleshing out it might actually work.

I personally think that if anybody really did want to put their money into the game, they could do that for all of their accounts anyway, so I don't really believe that 'what if a B team joins your league' is a very strong argument, though I see why people would be apprehensive.

The only real 'advantage' a B team would get is from the facilities though - so that could be scrapped as part of the idea (really, it just means they get 'free' upgrades.) Transferring staff/drivers is already a thing, it just makes it easier.

Makes it easier to transfer tokens and cash, which would open a door to farming as Harry said, think that would be my main objection to your suggestion. It has merrit, but the downside of farming is too disruptive I’m afraid

Most managers already have multiple accounts so don’t see why having them on same account would make it worse for those starting out.  An experienced manager opening a new account would dominate a Rookie division (and do) regardless of whether the account was separate or part of the proposed multi team suggestion.  However, as already been mentioned by Harry and Sledge the opportunity to farm will make this idea non starter as the current single account process has protections against farming.

Aye, I see the point. I think it has some potential but is open for exploit.
