the game offered me a 30 skill pilot because I was level 20. after receiving the offer, it did not give me the pilot even though it took my money. how can I solve the problem

Hey Boran,

I am sorry to hear you've had an issue with in-app purchases.

Please can you create a ticket on the Support Team's helpdesk where they will be able to assist you further. Please attach a screenshot of the receipt and the Support Team will manually process the purchase.
