Hi, kindly asking if a lvl20 team manager (Lois Gomez) that has been in the Pro tier for a few season now. I would like to promote him up to elite as his team lvl is to high for the Pro tier and we don't have enough teams to have promotion activated.

Normally Support only promotes teams to rectify the results of game glitches, but maybe the level and thus performance gap warrants an exception. So I flag the thread for Support so they can decide this case.
