Before the race begins, just lately my objective is to finish 2nd or above but I usually finish 5th to 10th or worse. So why the impossible dream?

I believe sponsor objectives are based on where you finished the previous season at the same race.

I know someone with the same issue, he always ends 7/8 in races but his objectives are always finish 2nd or above

I had this issue before and had to not setup for a race and not attend and then the sponsors goal reset.
Seems to be a bug but it's unreproducible...

err, thanks Sledge knew I could rely on you to go straight to the point, lol. You could be right but I still think it's a bug, bl**dy pesky bugs......
