Hello,

Eddie Jordan, one of the bot accounts we created, mistakenly finished in 4th place in season 24 and was promoted to the Elite tier, just one point ahead of real user Ecem Dolunay. If possible, as a league, we request that Ecem Dolunay be promoted to the Elite tier and the Eddie Jordan bot account be downgraded back to the Pro tier.

I'll flag this thread for support to review, but don't hold your breath. Manual promotion and relegation service was discontinued a few years ago but sometimes, in quiet periods, they will make exceptions.

This time we’ll reject the request. Elite isn’t a suitable tier for a L11 account.
