Black screen on the desktop app

What did you try to do?
Every time I try to open the game for the past week, it's only black screen. I can only see the game screen when I alt tab on a program but if I go back to the app, it goes back to black.

What happened instead?
It's supposed to show me the game screen but all I'm seeing is black screen

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 10

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Game app

Can the bug be reproduced?
It's just a black screen mainly.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

At what point does the screen become black? Straight away or after the initial loading screen?

It goes black after the initial loading screen.

Edit: I reinstalled the program and worked yesterday. Now it's back just black screen
