Finishing quick races in the top 3 can help, but the best way to level up quickly is to race with high level managers.
While levelling up is obviously a goal, be wary that doing so too quickly can leave you underdeveloped with HQ, drivers and staff underleveled.

Rhys means league races with high level managers in the same tier as you.

You can also watch max 3 adds a day to add xp (app only I believe) and daily rewards also contains xp
