I suggest to abolish the gain of driver xp in quick races. Although not intentional, this has created the opportunity to create a ‘perfect driver’, beeing a 18 or 19 year old with 30 experience.

This is reached mostly by managers using scripts which puts drivers in an endless loop of quick races. This is an unfair advantage as scripts are not allowed afaik. And it’s not very realistic is it.

I know I may antagonise some high profile managers but honestly if it makes the game more fair for all, …

I would say instead of ever having a perfect driver, it’s up to the manager to find the balance between the advantage of growing experience versus the decline in race pace because of driver age (more realistic imo)

Exactly.

Yes, 20 quick race = 1 exp stat. It is harder for someone to gain exp stat by just participating in QR. However, this loop hole allow people to max out driver's EXP without the driver aging.

Another solution: since QR can gain driver's EXP stat, make them age by participating QR as well. Therefore there will no longer be a 19 years old but max out 30 EXP driver.

Well it doesn't stop anyone doing 10 QR per day if they want to gain the XP, but to be honest it doesn't make much difference. A driver with exp 7 can win against a 30, it happens in our league and as such I don't bother with QR anymore.

At the highest level, it does matter greatly

As you mentioned, having a young driver with high experience isn't very realistic. By removing this possibility, the game can better simulate real-world racing dynamics, where experience is typically gained over time and through meaningful competition.

Cap it at say... 10. Sure, they can gain XP in quick races... but only in league races would it be able to go higher. Putting it at 10 or 15 means quick races are still good to do, but nothing beats the real thing.
