By doing league races or quick races. I don't really recommend doing quick races, though. Imo, it just wears your parts, engine and driver's health down.

Hello,
League Races will give you 0.1 driver experience per race (meaning it takes 10 races to increase experience by a whole point).
Quick Races will give you 0.05 driver experience per race (meaning it takes 20 races to increase experience by a whole point).

Only the first 10 QR count for exp, so it will take 2 days to gain 1 XP. If you do quick races after your main race, you won't be wasting any engines as you would be replacing it anyway, drivers health will be recovered by the time of the next main race in 24hrs, you should have enough parts to repair the car. It's up to you if you want to spend the time and effort or not.
