New Driver Setup

When you put a new driver in the car. Why can he not work on his own setup for the car?
Old version allowed the new driver to work on own setup.

Why did the old drivers setup not get wiped out?

I suppose what he means is that, if I have three drivers in the team and do 5 practice laps with drivers A and B, there's no way to do any practice laps with driver C because both cars have done the maximum 5 laps allowed.

So what he is suggesting is that the practice laps should be per driver and not per car (and I kind of agree with this notion).

If I turned up at track with 6 drivers, why can I not run them all and then put the two with the fastest times in the car sort of thing.

It's like in F1. You only get an hour or so to practice, and the laps allotted is a lot like the time allotted.

Might have a work around for that, the driver that done the setup is going bye bye in 15minutes. So lets see if he takes his setup with him lol

Still there, so a driver that is no longer in my team is running the race?
