Demotion request

TransAtlantic Racing League. #53993

I have a request from one of my Elite managers, who was promoted automtically from Pro at the end of last season, to be demoted back to Pro. He is level 15 and finds it frustrating in Elite. I fear he will leave. 
Also have a level 13 automatically promoted as well.

If you could demote me from Elite back down to Pro that would be great.
