Can i be relegated to rookie.

All my friends are in rookie tier and promotion and relegation in our league is turned off. As the league was inactive for few days i went to another league in which promotion was active. Now I have joined back to my friends league but i cannot race with them as i am alone in pro tier.

Should be fine now.
