I know its a kind of an obvious question. But, how much does it influence v's the Dr level? My Simulator says "training is + 55% more effective". Relative to what? I thought training speed was influence only by Dr's level. How then is "effectiveness" demonstrated?

There is a standard training figure which is first based on your driver * level so a 1* driver improves by many more points per training session than a 5* driver. The % improves whatever this standard figure is for your own driver. I'm not sure if the doctor affecting training is implimented at the moment or not. But, if it is, it will be another % from the varying initial figure.
Not much help without specific numbers, I know, but maybe someone has worked it out, or a dev can reply.

When it says 50% more effective, it means the progress bar is going up by 50% more than it would otherwise, each time you click "Train".
E.g. if you're getting 15% progress per session with "+50% more effective", you'd be getting 10% otherwise.

Increasing the Simulator level has no impact on training whatsoever. I have incased my simulator by 3 levels. It still subtracts 11% health for each 1% of progress. Nothing has changed at all as a result of increasing simulator levels.

If you're making 1% progress then you're beyond the level cap, which is why there is no difference. Once the overall level is beyond your level as a manager then training is restricted to 1%.
