What did you try to do?
I successfully bought tokens, but they do not show

What happened instead?
Instead I have my original token amount

Sorry that you have affected by an issue when purchasing tokens. 

Please create a ticket with the Support Team's helpdesk where they will be able to assist you further in getting your tokens credited to your account. 
If possible, please attach a screenshot of the receipt to your ticket so that the Support Team can validate your purchase.
