considering that in every championship there are managers who remain inactive for a long time and who make the championship itself distorted due to multiple dubbings resulting in DRS released on the track in a reckless manner, the idea would be not to let them participate in the race if it is not done at least the practice session, so as to have a clean race with the managers really active and/or with at least the strategy made.
I don't find it intelligent to see a starting grid where almost half of the cars are left to their own devices and if they are not allowed to take part in the races, they can remain parked in the leagues without being banned and without causing any harm to those who truly dedicate themselves. to play with passion.
