Reward for winning race

How about increase the morale of your crew by 1 point, if you win a race?

what could it give a better motivation than winning?

Morale for both drivers and staff, I would like to see going up, if meeting race objective and going down, if I miss the objective.

Trophy, bottle of wine & a kiss from one of the pit girls. I thought was enough for winning a race.

End of season prizes would be a nice addition. even finishing 16th you would get 1m

i would rather see driver morale adjust according to finishing position, for example a driver on the podium all the time even not winning could be a real boost and morale has a powerful impact on a drivers ego, it helps them focus more and drive better so it should have a much stronger impact than just being a number.

A driver not on the podium is likely to be more happy the higher their position, but scoring even a single point could keep their morale just above average, where as drivers outside the points start to wonder if they will ever get into that position, it will get into the drivers head and the chances of driving worse and less focused increase, especially with morale under average.

a staff member's morale could also be impacted more with a higher place in the teams standings, the higher the great the morale improvement will be each race, sort of like an invisible objective, say for example the objective was 6th in the team standings, if this team scores a lot of points and remains 5th or higher in the teams standings, the morale boost per race would increase but the morale boost would need to be linked to something good:

- Something like a critical chance of exclusive technology on the car for season, it would be a minor augmentation for the car for that new season only if its a CD.
- For the TD it's a temporary boost in abilities of the whole team for a number of races to get a head start in the next season.
- DR gets temporary increased healing for a number of races to help improve drivers for that short duration.

Options are there to make things interesting.

I've been finishing 3rd-4th for a few races now in a league i just moved to and i am getting prize money so i am assuming it has been quietly implemented into the game? whatever the case though, there are rewards for points finishes.
