On race start, all of our active managers (me included) noticed that our first stint was 1 lap shorter for both drivers) before the race start once we entered the race (2-3 minutes prior to race start).
The visuals were fixed once the race actually started.

For example, I was meant to stop on lap 15 and 16 but the strategy once inside the race said 14 &15, but went back to 15 and 16 once the light went out.
