Different Race times

Different race Times for Rookie and Pro: So this would work so that owner of the league if he wants can put Rookie and Pro race 1-2 hours earlier than Elite races. Now i think its a good idea and i think its not that hard to make it to work in game and of course owner will choose if he wants to put Rookie and Pro races before Elite...
I will give an example:
Elite race - 8:00PM
Pro race - 7:00PM
Rookie race - 6:00PM

Also time beetwen racee can be also 2 hours this is an example with 1 hour difference beetwen races

What benefits would this bring?  Just interested in why you think it’s a good idea.  I can’t think of any but can see issues like a Rookie choosing a league because 6.00pm start time works for them.  They then get promoted and have to leave the league because the later start time is inconvenient. 
It’s pretty sensible and dare I say common sense for all tiers to have the same start time.

Yeah it sounds like a very niche feature he's requesting. I don't see much use of it unless someone really wants to simulate the feeling of an actual grand prix weekend... or if higher tier players of the same league want to watch their mates of lower divisions how they're performing live for some reason... chances of that happening are zero in my opinion.
