postpone a race

hi, i wanted to postpone the tomorrow race from 17:30 to 22:00 but it didn't work.
i would like to ask if was possibile to do it. all the other races should be at 17:30
if this isnt possible i'll ask you to postpone the race to the 26th at 17:30.
