Hi, The league has just finished, and I notice all my development points have reverted to a much lower leve, ie I had developed my 
tyre wear to 62 points and it has dropped back to 18. ?

Car design resets at the end of every season. It resets to a value based on the level, strengths and weaknesses of any CDs you used in the previous season.
