Inters faster than SS on a dry track

The inter tyres were faster than the SS tyres on a track that had 0mm of rain and drs active. we assume its because it was 0.9mm of rain but we either need to see that information or it only go to 0mm when its 0.0mm of rain

We have a patch coming for this soon. It's a display issue, where the value is being "rounded down" to 0.
