I'm working on it now, sorry for the delay. I think I know what it is. Results should not be affected if it's what I think, the results are probably just not posting.
Actually, this doesn't appear to be as simple as I had hoped. It looks like something more complicated.
Not what I had in mind at 2am in the morning, I can barely keep my eyes open. We may have to postpone and reset these races, I am very sorry, it appears they have not exported results. It is not exactly clear why at this time. This is an investigation which the sim developer would need to assist with.
Was wondering why. Did this happen to all leagues that finished after a certain time? I had 2 other races today (and those race results were recorded), one began at 19:00 UTC and another at 19:30 UTC. European Racing League began at 20:30 UTC.
Thanks for working so hard to make this game better. I know there are a lot of things to be done and only a few developers.
It has affected 3 leagues and could affect more. I'm looking in to seeing if prevantative measures can be taken and if it's something I can stop happening to any more leagues coming up, or if this was just a freak occurrence.
Maybe this has to do with when the races started/ended?

I've identified the problem. The races will need postponing that ran and didn't post results. I will discuss the matter with the other developers so that this never happens again, it is a configuration issue on a server which we can easily correct, but which essentially caused results to not be posted for a bunch of races around midnight (GMT) tonight.
I'm really sorry for those that attended the races affected as they will need to be re-run.
At the moment I'm not entirely convinced I can get any races running tonight. This is a task for the sim/viewer devs who run the technical side of things and they are fast asleep...
It might be the case that all races in the next few hours get postponed, until the sim & viewer dev can help me with the situation. I'm sinking my teeth in to areas I don't belong right now, very techy stuff, and I'm more of a web developer, not to mention half asleep on top of that.
I tried my best to resolve this without help, but was unable to. I don't think this will be a big challenge for the other developers though, who should be able to help out tomorrow. I was able to track down several possibilities which should be quite easy for them to understand.
In the meantime I've postponed races up to 12:00 GMT tomorrow to avoid anyone else being affected by this, as it is affecting all races. It's currently 4:36am where I am, and I'm going to sleep!
Thank you Jack and all the developers again. You guys are doing a great job. Having learned a little C# myself I know how much of a pain programming could be :( :)
We've resolved the problem now. Races will resume as normal from 12:00 GMT.
Again, apologies to those affected last night. We know what the issue is and will put in place preventative measures so that it doesn't happen again. It was a server configuration matter.
