Is there a discord server for the players?
I don't want to be something official created by igp,if there is it's good too,but something on discord created by the players?

 Many Leagues run their own Discord servers and some have excellent information on them.  I’m not aware of any generic ones though.

The suggestion of a generic iGP Manager Discord server has previously been rejected for the reasons outlined in this thread. https://igpmanager.com/forum-thread/37652

"Thank you for your suggestion! We received this suggestion a while ago and we rejected for various reasons:
- Discord is an external software so we lose control over the community and platform.
- We prefer to have our own and customisable forum under the company domain.
- It would be needed a bigger moderation team and the moderators would need a new training for this."

There are a lot of servers but the most active server imo is the PA server ( premier alliance ) there are also leagues like ILC and a lot of other leagues but they are all related to an IGP league. So there isn't a main hub like you are looking for but there are lots of active servers with a lot of IGP players.

Discord leagues usually post the invite link in the description and in the welcome message once you join
