Driver needed

I think you mean legendary special ability. Anyways you shouldn't focus on the special ability of a driver at first. Try and just play the game normally upgrading your hq until you can purchase drivers with higher talent from the market

True, but good drivers will appear gradually on the transfer market since even if someone is selling a talent 30 driver on marketplace, you wouldn't be able to buy him even if you had the funds as your level would be insufficient. For now, just test out different strategies whilst upgrading and training your driver and hq

Michael makes a good point - at level 3, you wouldn't be able to sign drivers with a high talent. Even if all their other stats are really low, their high talent stat would make their level too high for you. 


At your level, you burn through drivers pretty quick, since you're levelling up so fast. If you were to find a driver with a good ability/put an ability on a driver, the investment wouldn't really be worth it, since you'd have access to higher talent drivers soon. Just try to learn the game for now, work through the game mechanics. Ask if you have any questions!
