I think it's been 20+ minutes since the last car finished, but its not marked as a complete race and instead I still have the option to watch the race (although I tried and it couldn't). Is this an issue only in the league I'm in?

I’m having the same issue but after a quick race

Not sure if that helps but in the league which i am,the race ended after 4minutes after it was finished.
And the rookie race ended 8 minutes later in game,and the league has 2x speed,so 4 minutes real time.
And because of that i think the race is ending after it ends in every tier.

It’s unrelated to that, we’re performing some tests to isolate the root cause.
