I posted the same bug about 6 days ago after battling this for about 2/3 days. It was merged into another thread about 3D races and now has been closed but had no relevance the problem I reported but now I cant reply. I race in the same league as Brett and have discussed, along with others about this. We race in the 2D viewer NOT the 3D. It affects a number of android users in our league who use onpy 2D, so assume elsewhere as well. We load the race in the same manner as we have always done but it just slowly ticks up to 100% loading and stops. I have to, every time, close the app, restart it, sometimes multiple times, before I can get into the race, often missing crucial opening laps. It's a v poor experience at the moment. I play on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra - one of Samsung's newest and highest spec models. There is no issue with lack of RAM or power, especially as we're NOT using 3D. Clearing cache does not work. The latest update in the last 24hrs also does not work. Just raced in the last hour and had the same issue.

I had the same issue in my race yesterday. I had installed the latest update the same day and the game just crashed everytime I got to 100% race loading. I raced with 3D viewer from an Android. Not even restarting the phone worked. Not even removing the cache. I have wrote about it in the forum: not even read by the devs. At this point, what should I do? Quit the game? Because since the server were migrated, the game really went downhill. Moreover, new updates don't even seem to be near, despite them announcing many features to be out before 2025.

Having this issue now. Cleared cache. Game crashes when it reaches 100%. Restarting the game doesn't fix it

It can't be because of the RAM,the samsung s20 and s 24 have at least 8gb RAM,and you said we have to have at least 4,we have,but is not working,for me the 3d is working on laptop where i have 16gb RAM

My Samsung s20 had 6gb of ram. 

It worked until yesterday.
Google Play says I have the 4.200 version. It last updated Sept 3

App was installed to the latest 4.200 version (The one released on 3rd Sept). Had more issues than usual earlier for my 11am race - gave up after about 20mins of trying and failing to get race to load. Tried via data and via WiFi. Cleared cache. Closed and restarted app. Restarted phone. All without luck. Have uninstalled and reinstalled app on my phone so will see how this evening's race goes on the hard reinstall approach.

To date, prior to this morning's extra issues, I found the cache clearing did nothing to help but closing the app and restarting it was working - just cumbersome and time consuming. Thanks for clearing up the thread merge situ - looked like it was exclusively 3D chat and responses apart from mine to looked unrelated, especially once closed as solved. If I knew how to post a screen recording, I'd be glad to take and upload if that would be of any use?

Yes,i see it is working on 2D,just 3D not
