Ciao, spiacente per l'accaduto. Per questioni legati ad acquisti con denaro vero, contatta direttamente il supporto tramite helpdesk. Allega anche lo screenshot della ricevuta (sì, quella che avevi messo qui), cosa che renderà più agevole esaminare il tuo caso.
