Change in tyre temperatures ?

Hi fellow managers, 

I noticed since a month or so that the tyre temperatures are now more difficult to get in the optimal window of use, and that softs are on many tracks the best tyre (based on performance and duration of the tyre). I did a race around Barcelona three weeks ago with a track temperature around 20 Celsius and mediums were completely unusable, so I had to do six stops on softs to be competitive during the race. 

Ten months ago, I was able to put in temperature hards on a track at six Celsius (France), but I think that if I would do a race on that circuit with the same conditions today hards would be unusable. 

Did someone notice the same as me ? If so, I would be curious to see how many people did notice that.

That's why a strategy i was used to use didn't work last time
I was used to do a strategy with 1 S and more M,don't remember exactly,but this time,last week the same strategy didn't work,the M were so slow

Hello Jerome one thing you are omitting is how different tracks affect the tyre temps differently.

Not all tracks are the same and with experience you will learn how to handle tyre temps at each track.
For example 20 degrees in Italy will need you to manage the tyre temps differently than in Hungary.

And with the seasons changing of course temperatures also change.

Exactly. Also northern hemisphere will gradually change to winter temps this time of year while southern hemisphere tracks will go summer temps
