3D races not loading

What did you try to do?
Race in 3D mode

What happened instead?
It instantly loads the race but in 2D regardless of the race viewer being set for 3D

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
xaomi redmi 12c

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Android 14

Can the bug be reproduced?
No

Additional comments:
After the update on the 24th it never loaded a race in 3D .
It loads instantly but in 2D regardless of the tace viewer settings.

Hey Miguel,

Unfortunately your device doesn’t have enough RAM memory available to manage the 3D viewer.

It has 4GB of RAM .

That is not enough ?

It was untill last update
