Engine customer question.

I just happened to look and see i had a request for an engine customer but i did not get any mail. I'm sure i had mail for previous customer requests or am i incorrect? 

When I had customers on another account I don’t recall getting an email they just appeared on my customer list

There was never any notification of incoming customer requests.
I suggested adding the ❗ alert for this a long time ago but nothing has been changed.
It's a quality of life improvement only I guess.

I recall getting personal mail requesting that i accept the request, and by the time i saw that i went to accept and they had gone off to do other things i guess. I thought initially i had server mail for them but i guess not.
