New: See skills on transfers without opening dialog

To speed up browsing for drivers and staff, I've been working hard to add this extra piece of information to the overview screen on transfers. It will require a hard refresh / cache refresh before it works, and the best way to do a cache refresh is to press CTRL+F5 in most browsers.

How does it work?
On the transfers page, simply place your cursor over the driver or staff star rating and wait about half a second for their skills to appear.

Working on it. I see the same thing, but that is utterly bizarre. I have an entire test site with identical code to the live site, and it isn't doing this.

A missing comma... strange that it didn't produce any problems on the local site, though. That should be fixed now, Simon.
