Hello,

Every time I go to transfers, I rarely see any drivers with talent above 3. And when I do, they are usually under 13. I am a level 16 manager, about to promote to level 17. Can someone tell me how I can find more drivers of my level?

Hey Krsna,

The marketplace is like a real environment in which offer and demand enter in play. If you are not happy with the offers you are getting you can upgrade your Youth academy in your HQ to scout young promises.
