Hi 
I have one staff member with 3stars, and I have now replaced it with a 5 stars.
The old one has decided to retire at the end of his contract, 40 races from now… I can’t sell him and if I want to cut his contract will cost me 20M…
Any idea?

If they choose to retire while under your contract, you’re stuck with them unfortunately..
That’s why age is important for staff members 😋
