Happy New Year to everyone!

I would like to know if there is any way to find a good driver? I am currently level 12 and in the transfer market there are only talent 1 or talent 2 drivers... I don't understand why it is so difficult... I see that other league colleagues or acquaintances have drivers with good numbers, being levels close to mine, even lower...

When using the transfer market always click on rating and then look at the 5 & 4 star drivers.  You can also temporarily change the language settings and often a new of drivers will appear

I believe the "change language" trick was removed by the devs some months ago, there is only one market now.
