So correct me if I’m wrong… the day of the update, my top four in pro will rank up right? 
If not is there a form I could submit day before to have them ranked up?

From the explanations I have seen elsewhere I don't believe that is correct.

Pros will only be promoted to elite if there is not enough space in the pro tier for rookies being promoted.
