Set up changes don't save

For the last 3-5 races, everytime I've tried to save a setup for my drivers, the no.1 driver's setup or stratagey doesn't save. I thought 3-5 races ago this was just a wee glitch or me not saving correctly, but now I'm nearly at season's end, and same thing is happening.

It's left my driver on the back row of the grid with hard tyres and low fuel, worst combination short of wets and high fuel in the dry. Just hope this hasn't cost me the championship today!!
