Driver training and Headquarters while not in a league

Others may already know this but you can train your drivers and upgrade your headquarters while not in a league. For those with multiple accounts you might want to use this to train drivers which can then be auctioned to one of your other accounts. Or you can just sit on the sidelines and train and upgrade until you are ready to join a league.
