I have not started the league yet but just want to see if there is any interest. I only want to race three days per week. I prefer full length but am willing to try 1.5 speed for the viewer. I prefer two car but will accept single car
Drivers must be one owner generated after Oct 1 2016. Entry cap cannot be over Experience 3 for rookie, 5 for Pro, 6 for elite. Rookies do not have to be driver academy but must be one owner.
I have an account that I can enter in each tier.
Obviously aimed at managers with more than one account but not restricted to that. Rules will be listed on the league page.
Please post here if you are willing to enter a team.
Start date and time to be determined.

Well, there is just a problem. you can build the youth academie just with a manager level of 7 or above.

Martin, this is true but rookie is not restricted to Academy. However to have only one owner rookie must stick with the auto assigned drivers as there are no generated drivers in the transfer list that I know of.
Teams can still join in Pro which are usually level 7, or Elite

A couple of things to remember when training your Academy driver.
Jack stated that Stars were more important than talent in a post during BETA. It turns out that this is true.
That is why you don't want to go for very high talent. You have to balance the number of points given to each attribute under driving ability and mental with your talent rating. Thus a talent 12 driver with every attribute under driving ability trained to level 13 and every attribute under mental trained to level 13 is faster than a talent 20 driver with driver ability all at 12 and mental all at 12.
The stars will go 5 red, and all effective training stop, when the average of all attributes goes over .5 past your manager level. So in order to train in driving ability and mental you need to keep talent down and stamina down so that the average does not generate red stars. If you are in a 50% league do not train stamina past 8 because it simply is not needed in the race.
It is a judgement call on what level talent you pick.but experience does speed up your Academy drivers. That means you will want to keep them for many seasons. ( I would recommend choosing a talent equal to or one over your manager level) They go from experience 3 to experience 4 in about 7 races and after that increase about one level of experience per season that you use them. Their experience increases even though you don't race them. You can develop them while racing them just the same as a normal driver. Academy drivers are the only drivers that you can get at this time that are not legacy drivers unless you start with a new account.
In my tests so far Academy drivers have proven to be faster than legacy drivers which have been "limited" by the switch from old IGP to New IGP. They are faster when trained to the same star level as a legacy driver.

is there any possibility to gain talent for the academy driver ...
the market drivers talent can't be trained as i learnt from other thread, so if we promote or release our academy driver he will never ever gain the talent. so searching if possible within academy..

Talent is fixed. But it is not as important in the new version of IGP as it was in the old version.
Obviously there is no interest in the idea of an Academy league. Which is what I expected.
